FROM MAGISTRATES COURT TO ADMINISTRATIVE COURT

My attention has been drawn to an appeal in THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE QUEEN'S BENCH DIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE COURT IN BIRMINGHAM DIVISIONAL COURT.
